Our History:

Since its founding in 2002, Charm City Run has been deeply committed to community investment and engagement. This commitment was formalized in 2020 with the establishment of the Live. Give. Run. Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with the mission to inspire and move the human spirit, one sole at a time. Recently renamed the Charm City Run Foundation, the mission builds on Charm City Run’s 24-year history of giving, contributing over three million dollars to Maryland-headquartered nonprofit organizations. Additionally, Charm City Run Events works with local nonprofits, and have helped them raise over $500,000 for their respective missions.

We invest in local organizations that remove barriers, promote wellness, and protect the outdoor spaces where we run and move together. Through monetary and in-kind donations, volunteer efforts, and strategic partnerships, we are committed to strengthening the communities we call home.
